Heavy-duty carboys have a molded-in, threaded bung that receives the spigot. Their large capacity is ideal for holding sterile solutions. When autoclaving, do not install cap.  All polypropylene construction is autoclavable 121ºC (250ºF) and chemical resistant.

• 83mm screw cap includes a built-in thermo-plastic elastomer washer for positive seal
• Molded-in bung accepts the easy-to-use spigot; located low on carboy for more complete drainage
