This microscope slide cabinet provides safe, short-term and long-term, storage of prepared slides which can easily be indexed for retrieval. Seasoned hardwood cabinets are finished in attractive light oak with sturdy aluminum microscope slide trays, numbered in sets of 25. Trays are removable and interchangeable between cabinet systems. Nominal capacity can be doubled, as two microscope slides can be stacked in each compartment. The flat sides and disappearing door of the cabinet provide for easy stacking and/or banking.
